FEED ANALYZER

N-SENS Feed Analyzer

NIR spectroscopy is a spectroscopy method that includes the region of the electromagnetic spectrum in the wavelength range 780-2500 nm. As a vibrational spectroscopy method, NIR provides information about the molecular structure of the analyzed sample.

NIR can be used for many applications in the determination of chemical and physical parameters of samples during quality control and quality assurance processes.

N-SENS CALIBRATION LINE

The N-SENS Calibration line is created by analyzing the feed and feed raw materials collected from the field and field with various variations in the fully equipped food and feed analysis laboratory within Nutrilab.

N-SENS GENERAL FEATURES

The N-SENS NIR analyzer operates in the wavelength range 950-1650 nm and has a new generation CCD sensor technology. It measures 2000 spectra/sample per sample. With a lamp lifetime of more than 40,000 hours, the N-Sens NIR analyzer has no moving equipment. There are no expensive monochromators to wear out and no moving equipment that can be damaged by vibration, preventing potential failure. Once switched on, the instrument is ready for use within a short period of approximately 15 minutes. With its high sensitivity and 23 thousand signal-to-noise ratio sensor, it performs higher quality and precise analyzes.
