N-SENS FEED ANALYZER

NIR spectroscopy is a spectroscopy method that includes the region of the electromagnetic spectrum in the wavelength range of 780-2500 nm. NIR, a vibration spectroscopy method, provides information about the molecular structure of the analyzed sample. NIR can be used for many applications in determining the chemical and physical parameters of samples during quality control and quality assurance processes.

It enables analyzes to be performed with more affordable costs.

It provides the analysis of organic and inorganic parameters in all raw materials and finished products.

It provides non-destructive and environmentally friendly analysis with minimum sample amount.

With the optimization of the analysis time, it will save the time of the facility.

N-SENS CALIBRATION LINE

N-SENS Calibration line is created by analysis studies of feed and feed raw materials collected from the field and field with various variations in fully equipped food and feed Analysis laboratories within Nutrilab.

N-SENS GENERAL FEATURES

N-SENS NIR analyzer operates in the wavelength range of 950-1650 nm and has a new generation CCD sensor technology. It performs 2000 spectra/sample measurements per sample.

The N-Sens NIR analyzer, which has a lamp life of more than 40 thousand hours, has no moving equipment. Potential failure situations are avoided as there are no expensive monochromators to wear and no moving equipment that can be damaged by vibration. After the device is turned on, it becomes ready for use in a short period of about 15 minutes.

It performs better quality and sensitive analyzes with its high sensitivity and 23 thousand signal/noise ratio sensor.
